Peanut Butter Pie

Crust

• 2 cup almond flour
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder
• 1/3 cup honey
• 2 tbsp coconut oil
• 1/2 tsp salt

Filling

• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1 cup water
• 1/3 cup coconut oil — melted
• 1/3 cup maple syrup
• 1/2 tsp salt (Optional)

Topping

• 2 tbsp coconut oil — melted
• 2 tbsp honey
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1 tsp water

Crust

   Stir all crust ingredients in a bowl until a dough forms. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish or springform pan.

Filling

   Blend all filling ingredients until smooth. Spread over the crust.

Topping

   Stir the topping ingredients together. Drizzle over the pie with a spoon, or pipe it from a zip-top bag with a small corner cut off.

   Freeze for a few hours.
